Britt Boucher, President and Senior Forester. Britt brings a Masters in Forest Management and Forest Economics as well as more than 16 years of experience in forest management, financial analysis, and forest policy to his work. He is active in a broad range of professional organizations, including the Forest Stewardship Council, the Association of Consulting Foresters, and the Society of American Foresters. His passion for sustainable forest management led him to found Foresters Incorporated in 1989 as way to help both landowners and other natural resource professionals manage forest land effectively. Richard Oderwald, Ph.D., Vice President. A nationally prominent expert in forest biometrics, inventory sample design, growth and yield modeling, and GPS for forestry applications, Rich brings more than 30 years of research and field experience to Foresters Incorporated. The results of his research allow us to continually develop and implement more efficient, more accurate methods of data collection. Resume.

Matthew Anderson, Senior Programmer. Matt is the brains behind TwoDog Software. A graduate of Virginia Tech's Department of Forestry with a concentration in computer applications for natural resource management, Matt combines the expertise needed to develop and manage complex software packages with on-the-ground forestry knowledge, insuring not only the quality, but the usability of every Foresters Incorporated product.
